NFL SUPER BOWL XLIX AND 50
Design of various large-format print collateral for the Pro Bowl and Super Bowl Gameday Fan Plazas, NFL Tailgate and NFL Experience including, but not limited to NFL Experience exhibits, kiosks and booths, photo ops, activity and operations signage, directional maps, entertainment stages, programs and directory stations, tent gables and walls.

HP THE BIG BANG EVENT /B2B, B2C, EVENT
HP Iberia wanted to meet with agencies, clients and printer companies from Spain and Portugal to enhance the relationship with them.
Strategy: If HP technology can costumize everything... Why don't we show it? Gyro Madrid planned a special getaway in Barcelona where the HP Demo Center is located.
Idea: The event was all about personalization so we started that from the invitation. Every guest received a teaser through the mail giving them a hint that HP was planing to treat them. About ten days after the received a formal invitation to the event and requesting to visit the microsite to find out more about the HP The Big Bang Event. Once in the microsite and before the registration, every guest created their own "master piece" to personalize their experience, that was captured in every guests' welcome gift, favours and it was even shown at The Big Bang Event Gala Dinner at the he Dome Room of the Modern Art Collection of the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC).
In Barcelona HP planned all kind of events to create unique experiences and to show how HP can help creatives and printers do wonders. From a conference with Javier Mariscal to a guided night tour of the Modern Art Collection of the MNAC followed by a gala dinner in the museum.
Result: +300 RSVPs within a week reaching our goal of participation, attending 90% of the confirmed. Lead generation worth €5 million.

HP HOTSPOT LATEX
HP Amsterdam wanted to meet with suppliers, customers and partners to show them all that can be done with the HP Latex Printing Technology. They wanted to be noticed, so for this event Gyro Amsterdam came up with a little bit controversial printed invitation.
The guest received an invitation which its envelope design and material resembling a preservative package, once the envelope was teared open, inside was the invitation explaining the benefits and uses of the HP Latex Technology. After, as a reminder the guest received an e-mailing and link to go and register for the event.
